Summer Home: Through careful site planning, this wonderful family home has lawns, gardens, pool and a view. The house and guest house are strategically laid out to maximize views and function. We enjoyed teaming up with the owners and architects to get the optimum results from a reasonable but firm budget. They planned a summer party before we started. Giving us invitations to it a year in advance was clever motivation to meet their deadline. It was a great party!
