Let there be light.
St. Eugene's Parish Life Center and School Addition:
The Parish Life Center provides over 7,000 square feet in a two-story structural steel building with a uniquely-styled storefront consisting of glass with diagonal mullions. Inside, there is one spacious meeting room with high bays at both ends and a small kitchen. The large room can be divided into three separate rooms using sliding glass partitions. The upper floor rooms are accessible by two sets of stairs and an elevator.

The 4,000 square foot school addition is comprised of a single story, wood framed building attached to the existing school. In this new building, the school gained a new library, a computer center, an art room with a kiln and an additional bathroom. While the interior space is illuminated by sunlight pouring in through the windows, additional daylight streams in through twenty Sola-tubes™ in the ceiling. Tectum™ acoustical panels on the ceiling provide noise reduction in the open space. To build the new addition for the school, an existing portable unit was relocated.
