Peterson Tractor Company: A large and complex metal building project, it combines truck engine repair, heavy equipment repair, regional parts distribution, and Caterpillar equipment sales and rentals. Touring other company facilities alerted us to important details that we incorporated into the work. The owner's representative, project architect and our staff worked closely to bring this facility on line in eight months. Recently, the same team of architect, contractor, and metal builder built a similar facility in the south Santa Clara Valley for this owner. Together, we successfully navigated through a complex bureaucracy and the challenges of long distance coordination to meet all of the project's performance, budget and schedule goals.
