The owners of the new Latitude Island Grill wanted to open for the 2003 Christmas holiday season. Since the project had challenges just getting started, it was up to Jim Murphy and Associates to find ways to expedite the remodeling and meet the owners' goal. By concentrating man-power on the project and holding weekly meetings, twice weekly a month before completion, decisions by the owners were made in a timely manner and the restaurant opened December 6.
