This was a 7800 square foot tenant improvement project that took three months.

We began with a new shell and completed all interior improvements for the lobby and platform, ten private offices, a conference room, lunchroom and a large open office space. High-end finishes were used for this business bank headquarters. The work also involved adding a night deposit and coordinating our efforts with the firm who completed the teller line construction.
