They wanted to name a special building for their chairman, Andrew J. Shepard.

At thirty-four thousand square feet, this two-story office building is our largest design-build project to date. Working with RMW Architects, we built an efficient, functional and attractive building that complements both of the neighboring buildings. The interior features include open floor plans, efficient circulation, and a dramatic lobby.
