"Customer service is extremely important at JMA. Their focus on quality and responsiveness is higher than with almost every other contractor or service provider I’ve worked with." — Michael Riel, VP and GM, Paul Hobbs Wines
Crossbarn Winery, Sebastopol
From apple storage to wine production, this building has been re-purposed.
This tenant improvement consisted of the interior remodel of an existing fruit storage warehouse into a premium winemaking facility. The project included a stand-alone interior structure with a laboratory and wine tasting room. The catwalks, plumbing, HVAC, glycol refrigeration and electrical systems were done as design-build. This facility will eventually produce up to 45,000-50,000 cases of wine under the Crossbarn Winery label and also under private client labels produced under the direct care of Paul Hobbs.
