Organic Flow

We constructed the unique pool house roof from an artist's sketch.

This home was in need of repair and remodeling when we were contacted. Restored to reflect the designer's and owner's vision, its dramatic, contemporary architecture gives one unexpected views from every angle. We added the pool, the pool house, a bocce ball court with outdoor kitchen and a guesthouse. It was necessary to build 19-foot retaining walls to support the bocce ball court.

The copper pool house roof is one-of-a-kind with its convex and concave flow. Working drawings for the roof were non-existent. Structural engineers, MKM and Associates, figured out how to provide them by taking numerous cross sections from the designer's rendering.
