New administration offices and conference room for winery. This will allow the administrative and managerial staff, currently in Forestville, to relocate to the winery’s main campus where production and hospitality are located.

Vineyard Residence

• Project Size: 4000 square foot residence plus 850 square foot guest house and 1100 square foot farm family dwelling

This custom private residence will feature an underground wine cellar and tasting room. Additional structures will include a guest house, a farm family dwelling, swimming pool, tennis court and a tennis pavilion.
